目的：了解改良前外侧小切口髋关节置换术的术中配合方法。方法总结41例46髋前外侧小切口髋关节置换术的手术过程，从术前准备、手术体位、术中配合等方面分析和总结与手术进程相关的护理步骤。结果通过充分的手术前器械准备，手术体位、搬放和术中根据手术进程进行细心的工具配合，所有手术患者术中手术进程顺利，术后效果满意。结论仔细的手术准备和熟练的术中护理配合是前外侧小切口髋关节置换术取得良好疗效的关键因素。
목적：료해개량전외측소절구관관절치환술적술중배합방법。방법총결41례46관전외측소절구관관절치환술적수술과정，종술전준비、수술체위、술중배합등방면분석화총결여수술진정상관적호리보취。결과통과충분적수술전기계준비，수술체위、반방화술중근거수술진정진행세심적공구배합，소유수술환자술중수술진정순리，술후효과만의。결론자세적수술준비화숙련적술중호리배합시전외측소절구관관절치환술취득량호료효적관건인소。
Objective To explore the methods of cooperative nursing in hip replacement with modiifed anterior-lateral mini-incision. Methods From February 2010 to February 2013, 41 cases with 46 hips were treated with modiifed anterior-lateral mini-incision hip replacement;the pre-operation preparations, the operative position and cooperative nursing were analyzed. Results Through careful pre-operative preparation, proper placement of surgical position and cooperative nursing consistent with the operation procedure, all the patients have smooth operative processes and satisfied clinical effects. Conclusion The careful pre-operative preparations and skilled cooperative nursing are the key factors of satisifed clinical effects of hip replacements with modiifed anterior-lateral mini-incision.
