目的：探讨护理干预与导尿管相关尿路感染（CAUTI）。方法神经内科90例留置导尿患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组遵医嘱采取常规护理，对照组采取护理干预，两组均于24h、7d、14d即每周采集尿液行中段尿培养，将两组患者菌尿症感染率作对比。结果对照组45例，菌尿症7例，感染率15.6%。观察组45例，菌尿症15例，感染率33.3%。导尿管相关尿路感染（CAUTI）与患者的性别、年龄、导尿管留置时间、膀胱冲洗、更换集尿袋时间、尿道口清洁度、基础性疾病有关。结论护理干预能降低患者留置尿管期间CAUTI的感染率，减少患者住院费用，减轻患者痛苦，提高护理质量。
목적：탐토호리간예여도뇨관상관뇨로감염（CAUTI）。방법신경내과90례류치도뇨환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，관찰조준의촉채취상규호리，대조조채취호리간예，량조균우24h、7d、14d즉매주채집뇨액행중단뇨배양，장량조환자균뇨증감염솔작대비。결과대조조45례，균뇨증7례，감염솔15.6%。관찰조45례，균뇨증15례，감염솔33.3%。도뇨관상관뇨로감염（CAUTI）여환자적성별、년령、도뇨관류치시간、방광충세、경환집뇨대시간、뇨도구청길도、기출성질병유관。결론호리간예능강저환자류치뇨관기간CAUTI적감염솔，감소환자주원비용，감경환자통고，제고호리질량。
Objective To explore the nursing intervention and catheter associated urinary tract infection(CAUTI). Methods?90?cases?of?neurological?department?of?internal?medicine?indwelling?catheter?were?randomly?divided?into?the?observation?group?and?the?control?group,?the?observation?group?was?prescribed?for?routine?care,?the?control?group?took?the?nursing?intervention,?two?groups?were?in?24?h,7?days,?14?days?weekly?urine?collection?for?urine?culture,?the?two?groups?of?patients?with?bacteriuria?infection?rate?for?comparison.?Results?45?cases?in?the?control?group,?7?cases?of?asymptomatic?bacteriuria,?the?infection?rate?was?15.6%.?The?observation?group?of?45?cases,?15?cases?of?asymptomatic?bacteriuria,?the?infection?rate?was?33.3%.?Catheter?associated?urinary tract infection(CAUTI)and patient sex, age, indwelling catheter time, bladder irrigation, the replacement of the urine collection bag, urethral mouth cleanliness,?basic?diseases.?Conclusion?Nursing?intervention?can?reduce?the?patients?with?indwelling?catheter?during?CAUTI?infection?rate,?reduce?the?cost?of?hospitalization,?to?alleviate?the?suffering?of?patients,?improve?the?quality?of?nursing?care.
