目的：探讨疏肝解郁胶囊联合帕罗西丁治疗脑卒中后抑郁（PSD）的疗效及不良反应。方法将64例脑卒中后抑郁患者随机分成两组，对照组32例患者给予帕罗西丁治疗。治疗组32例在对照组的治疗基础上加疏肝解郁胶囊治疗。两组在治疗前、治疗3周末、治疗6周末分别行汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分、临床疗效观察和不良反应。结果临床疗效治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。HAMD量表减分率治疗组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。不良反应治疗组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论疏肝解郁胶囊联合帕罗西丁治疗脑卒中后抑郁临床疗效好，不良反应少，可推广应用。
목적：탐토소간해욱효낭연합파라서정치료뇌졸중후억욱（PSD）적료효급불량반응。방법장64례뇌졸중후억욱환자수궤분성량조，대조조32례환자급여파라서정치료。치료조32례재대조조적치료기출상가소간해욱효낭치료。량조재치료전、치료3주말、치료6주말분별행한밀이돈억욱량표（HAMD）평분、림상료효관찰화불량반응。결과림상료효치료조우우대조조（P＜0.05）。HAMD량표감분솔치료조고우대조조（P＜0.05）。불량반응치료조저우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론소간해욱효낭연합파라서정치료뇌졸중후억욱림상료효호，불량반응소，가추엄응용。
Objective Investigate Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with Paroxetine in the treatment of post-stroke depression (PSD) the efifcacy and adverse reaction. Methods 64 patients with depression after stroke were randomly divided into two groups, 32 cases in the control group were given the Paroxetine treatment. In 32 cases with liver based on the control group treatment Jieyu capsule treatment group. In the two groups before treatment, 3 week, 6 week treatment respectively, the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score, and adverse clinical curative effect observation. Group than the control group (results) treatment (P<0.05). HAMD scale score reduction rate of the treatment group was higher than control group (P<0.05). Adverse reactions in treatment group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with Paroxetine in treatment of post stroke depression clinical efifcacy, fewer adverse reactions, can be applied.
