目的：探讨健康教育辅助对咳嗽变异性哮喘（ CVA）患儿生活质量的影响。方法将200例CVA患儿随机分为试验组和对照组各100例。对照组仅进行常规的止咳化痰治疗，试验组在住院规范治疗后对患儿及其家属进行健康教育。比较2组临床疗效和住院及复发情况。结果试验组总有效率为86%高于对照组的62%（ P<0.05），住院次数、住院医疗费用和出院复发次数均少于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论健康教育干预不仅可以提高CVA患儿的临床疗效，还可以显著提高患儿的生活质量。因此对患儿和患儿家长开展健康教育对提高CVA患儿生活质量有重要意义。

Objective To analysis the influence of targeted health education in children with Cough Variant Asthma. Methods 200 cases children were randomly divided into education group and control group,each of 100 cases. The control group was treated by relieving cough and phlegm,education group was treated by targeted health education after standardized treatment. After treatment,compared the clinical effect and hospitalization and recurrence of 2 groups. Results The total effi-cacy of education group( 86%)was higher than that of control group( 62%),the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05). The number of hospitalizations,inpatient medical expenses and prognosis of recurrence times of education group was less than that of control group,and the hospital stay of education group was shorter than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion The targeted health education can improve the clinical effect of children with CVA,the quality of life,has an importamt significant.
