基于对大型、高速旋转机械的振动监测研究,结合振动监测与故障分析研究方法,并考虑到核电厂反应堆冷却剂泵(主泵)设备运行、监测及故障诊断的实际情况,提出了3种主泵振动相位测量方案,并对上述方案进行综合安全分析、技术可行性分析和经济性分析,最终得出较优的主泵振动相位测量方案。
基于對大型、高速鏇轉機械的振動鑑測研究,結閤振動鑑測與故障分析研究方法,併攷慮到覈電廠反應堆冷卻劑泵(主泵)設備運行、鑑測及故障診斷的實際情況,提齣瞭3種主泵振動相位測量方案,併對上述方案進行綜閤安全分析、技術可行性分析和經濟性分析,最終得齣較優的主泵振動相位測量方案。

Based on the research of vibration monitoring of large scale and high‐speed ro‐tation equipment , by means of vibration monitoring and fault analysis research , and considering the actual situation of reactor coolant pump equipment running ,monitoring and fault analyzing ,three schemes of the reactor coolant pump vibration phase reference measurement were introduced in this paper .The comprehensive secure analysis ,techni‐cal feasibility and economy evaluation were carried out ,and the optimal reference measure‐ment scheme for reactor coolant pump vibration phase was proposed .
