为确保DCS机柜220 V AC电源电缆长期可靠运行,需确认电缆的导体温升是否满足电缆规格书中的要求。根据现场实际情况分析,并基于数值传热学原理建立了保守模型对电缆托盘上电缆导体温升进行包络计算。计算结果表明,目前的电缆托盘上的电缆敷设情况不会导致电源电缆导体的温升超过电缆技术规格书的要求。

In order to ensure a long‐term reliable operation of the DCS cabinet ’s 220 V AC power cable ,it was needed to confirm whether the conductor temperature rise of power cable meet the requirement of the cable specification .Based on the actual data in site and the theory of numerical heat transfer ,conservative model was established ,and the conductor temperature was calculated .The calculation results show that the cable arrangement on the cable tray will not lead to the conductor temperature rise of power cable over than the required temperature in technical specification .
