对轧钢加热炉炉膛内的热射线可采用黑体技术,在炉膛内布置一定数量的黑体元件,这样既增大传热面积,又提高炉膛的发射率,更能对炉膛内的热射线进行有效的调控,使之从漫射的无序状态调控到有序,直接射向钢坯,提高对钢坯的辐照度和热射线的到位率,强化辐射传热,可取得显著的节能效果。
對軋鋼加熱爐爐膛內的熱射線可採用黑體技術,在爐膛內佈置一定數量的黑體元件,這樣既增大傳熱麵積,又提高爐膛的髮射率,更能對爐膛內的熱射線進行有效的調控,使之從漫射的無序狀態調控到有序,直接射嚮鋼坯,提高對鋼坯的輻照度和熱射線的到位率,彊化輻射傳熱,可取得顯著的節能效果。

Black body technology could be used in manage the heat rays in the firing space of furnace. The black body installed in the firing space could enlarge the heat transfer area and increase the emissivity of firing space. In the meantime, black body could help effectively control the heat rays from randomly diffusion into orderly onto the steel billet. This will help increase the irradiation of steel billet and the arrival rate of heat ray, therefore strengthen the heat transfer by radiation and save energy significantly.
