对国内外建筑用能发展规律进行了调研分析，包括建筑用能比例与各类建筑类型的用能强度；并对上海市目前民用建筑能耗现状进行了分析，然后通过影响因素分析方法对上海市中长期建筑用能趋势进行预判，采用多种预测方法对2030年上海市建筑用能需求进行了预测分析，进而提出了中长期发展控制目标，以及对应的措施建议。

This paper analyzesthe law of building energy consumptiondevelopment domestic and foreign countries, including building energy-using ratio and energy consumption in all kinds of construction.And we analyze the current situation of the civilbuilding energy consumptionin Shanghai. Then through the factor analysis method we prejudge the trend of longer- term energy consumption of buildings in Shanghai. And the energy consumption of buildings in Shanghai In year 2030 is predicted andanalyzed by using a variety of forecasting methods. Then we suggest the longer-termdevelopment controltargets, and the corresponding measurements.
