红枣原产于中国大陆,现在世界各地均有分布。新疆红枣新疆红枣果粒硕大,品质优良,是当地具有特色的林果产品。但是,新疆干旱严重,土壤贫瘠,严重影响枣树的生长发育和枣果产量。丛枝菌根真菌(AM真菌)与红枣根系有较强的亲和力,形成菌根后可促进枣苗生长、改善枣苗营养、提高水分利用和增强抗病性。在生产实践中,苗床接种AM真菌,生产菌根枣苗有益于提高红枣产量品质。
紅棘原產于中國大陸,現在世界各地均有分佈。新疆紅棘新疆紅棘果粒碩大,品質優良,是噹地具有特色的林果產品。但是,新疆榦旱嚴重,土壤貧瘠,嚴重影響棘樹的生長髮育和棘果產量。叢枝菌根真菌(AM真菌)與紅棘根繫有較彊的親和力,形成菌根後可促進棘苗生長、改善棘苗營養、提高水分利用和增彊抗病性。在生產實踐中,苗床接種AM真菌,生產菌根棘苗有益于提高紅棘產量品質。

Ziziphus jujube Mill. originated in Chinese mainland and now widely distributes in the world. Ziziphus jujube Mill. in Xinjiang, as a local characteristic fruit, is large in fruit and good in quality. However, Xinjiang is pronounced in dry weather and poor soils, which inhibited the growth of Z. jujube trees and decreased the fruit yields. Arbuscular mycorrhizae fungi (AM fungi) has high affinity with Z. jujube tree roots and following formation of root-fungus associations, the fungi could promote the host growth, improve the nutrition, and increase water use efficiency and disease assistances. Therefore, inoculation of AM fungi in nursery beds of Z. jujube seedlings could be beneficial to increase the fruit yields and improve qualities in Z. jujube cultivation practices.
