目的:观察升阳益胃汤对腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)大鼠血浆钙基因相关肽(CGRP)、血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)的影响。方法取清洁级健康雄性SD大鼠60只,其中10只为空白对照组,60只采用束缚应激+夹尾刺激法诱导腹泻型IBS大鼠模型,造模成功后随机分为模型对照组、得舒特组及升阳益胃汤低、中、高剂量组,各10只,观察大鼠稀便率,放免法检测大鼠血浆CGRP、血清5-HT含量。结果升阳益胃汤治疗后,大鼠稀便率下降,与模型组、得舒特组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);模型组大鼠血清5-HT水平明显高于空白组,血浆CGRP水平则稍低于空白组(P<0.05);治疗后得舒特组、升阳益胃汤各剂量组血清5-HT均较模型组明显下降(P<0.05),而各组之间血浆CGRP水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论升阳益胃汤能明显减轻腹泻型IBS模型大鼠腹泻症状,减少腹泻型IBS模型大鼠血清5-HT的合成和分泌,但对血CGRP无明显影响。

목적:관찰승양익위탕대복사형장역격종합정(IBS)대서혈장개기인상관태(CGRP)、혈청5-간색알(5-HT)적영향。방법취청길급건강웅성SD대서60지,기중10지위공백대조조,60지채용속박응격+협미자격법유도복사형IBS대서모형,조모성공후수궤분위모형대조조、득서특조급승양익위탕저、중、고제량조,각10지,관찰대서희편솔,방면법검측대서혈장CGRP、혈청5-HT함량。결과승양익위탕치료후,대서희편솔하강,여모형조、득서특조상비,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05,P<0.01);모형조대서혈청5-HT수평명현고우공백조,혈장CGRP수평칙초저우공백조(P<0.05);치료후득서특조、승양익위탕각제량조혈청5-HT균교모형조명현하강(P<0.05),이각조지간혈장CGRP수평차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론승양익위탕능명현감경복사형IBS모형대서복사증상,감소복사형IBS모형대서혈청5-HT적합성화분비,단대혈CGRP무명현영향。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shengyang Yiwei decoction on serum CGRP and 5-hydrox-ytryptamine(5-HT) in rats with irritable bowel syndrome(IBS). Methods Sixty SPF SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, dicetel group, Shengyang Yiwei decoction group (low, moderate, and high dose) with 10 rats in each group. Except for normal control group, the model of IBS was made by binding stress and clasping rats tails in other groups. Changes of diarrhea rate were observed. Radioimmunoassay was used to de-tect the level of CGRP and 5-HT in plasma. Results The diarrhea rates in Shengyang Yiwei decoction groups were decreased after treatment as compared with that in model group and dicetel group(P<0.05, P<0.01). The con-tent of 5-HT in plasma in model group was higher than that in normal control group, while the level of CGRP in model group was lower than that in normal control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the contents of 5-HT in plasma in dicetel group and Shengyang Yiwei decoction group were decreased than those in model group (P<0.05), while the levels of CGRP had no statistical significance among all groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Shengyang Yiwei decoc-tion can alleviate the symptom of diarrhea, inhibit 5-HT synthesis and secretion, but does not affect the level of CGRP in rats with IBS.
