Some improve measures of reducing the energy saving of roll welder for piles, improving production efficiency and welding quality and prolonging the durability of roll welder are put forward. The practice shows that by implementing the above improvements on the roll welder, energy efficiency and production efficiency of the roll welder increase significantly, welding quality markedly improves, and the durability of equipment are prolonged.
