目的：观察分析地诺前列酮与缩宫素用于足月妊娠引产效果的临床效果和安全性。方法选取108例足月妊娠引产产妇，随机分为观察组和对照组，各54例。分别给予地诺前列酮和缩宫素引产。观察比较两组的引产效果。结果在宫颈Bishop评分、12 h临产率、24 h临产率、总有效率、阴道分娩率方面比较，观察组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义。在不良反应、新生儿结局方面比较，差异无统计学意义。结论地诺前列酮用于足月妊娠引产效果的临床效果较好，安全性较高，值得推广。
목적：관찰분석지낙전렬동여축궁소용우족월임신인산효과적림상효과화안전성。방법선취108례족월임신인산산부，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각54례。분별급여지낙전렬동화축궁소인산。관찰비교량조적인산효과。결과재궁경Bishop평분、12 h임산솔、24 h임산솔、총유효솔、음도분면솔방면비교，관찰조명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의。재불량반응、신생인결국방면비교，차이무통계학의의。결론지낙전렬동용우족월임신인산효과적림상효과교호，안전성교고，치득추엄。
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of dinoprostone suppositories and oxytocin for cervical ripening and labor induction in full-term pregnancy. Methods 108 cases of full-term pregnant women who were divided into two groups at random.The two groups were treated with respectively dinoprostone suppositories and oxytocin. The effect of induction of labor were compared between the two groups.Results In the cervical Bishop score,12 hours, 24 hours of labor in labor rate,the total efficiency rate,vaginal delivery rate,the observation group was better than the control group. The difference was statistically significant. The adverse reaction and neonatal outcome comparison had no significant difference.Conclusion Dinoprostone used for induction of term pregnancy is worthy of promotion.
