目的：观察甘露聚糖肽注射液宫颈局部上药促进宫颈糜烂环形电切除术后创面愈合的临床疗效。方法选取2012年8月～2013年8月就诊的因宫颈中、重糜烂行宫颈环形电切除术治疗患者260例，随机分成治疗组和对照组，每组130例。治疗组行宫颈环形电切除术后给予甘露聚糖肽注射液宫颈局部上药，对照组进行宫颈环形电切除术后给予碘伏溶液局部上药，观察两组术后阴道排液、脱痂出血时间、阴道出血、创面愈合情况，比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组术后阴道排液时间，脱痂出血时间，阴道出血、创面愈合情况明显优于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论宫颈环形电切除术后联合甘露聚糖肽注射液局部用药可明显缩短阴道排液及脱痂出血时间，术后出血病例数少，促进伤口愈合。
목적：관찰감로취당태주사액궁경국부상약촉진궁경미란배형전절제술후창면유합적림상료효。방법선취2012년8월～2013년8월취진적인궁경중、중미란행궁경배형전절제술치료환자260례，수궤분성치료조화대조조，매조130례。치료조행궁경배형전절제술후급여감로취당태주사액궁경국부상약，대조조진행궁경배형전절제술후급여전복용액국부상약，관찰량조술후음도배액、탈가출혈시간、음도출혈、창면유합정황，비교량조림상료효。결과치료조술후음도배액시간，탈가출혈시간，음도출혈、창면유합정황명현우우대조조，량조차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론궁경배형전절제술후연합감로취당태주사액국부용약가명현축단음도배액급탈가출혈시간，술후출혈병례수소，촉진상구유합。
Objective To observe clinical curative effect of mannatide injection combined with loop electrosurgical excision procedure in treatment of cervical erosion. Methods 260 patients suffered moderate or severe cervical erosion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with mannatide injection on the cervical part after loop electrosurgical excision procedure. Patients in the control group were treated with medicine iodophor solution on the cervical part after loop electrosurgical excision procedure. The vaginal discharge,exuvial hemorrhage time, vaginal bleeding,wound healing and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The time of vaginal discharge,exuvial hemorrhage time,vaginal bleeding,wound healing of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group,with significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Loop electrosurgical procedure excision combined with mannatide injection can shorten the vaginal discharge and exuvial hemorrhage time,reduce postoperative hemorrhage cases,promote wound healing.
