采用超硫酸盐水泥(简称SSC)、微珠和硅灰制备C60~C80混凝土。通过改变微珠和硅灰的掺量,考察其对SSC混凝土相关性能的影响,进行了SSC混凝土力学性能、非接触收缩和微观机理方面的研究,借助扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射分析仪研究了SSC试件矿物组成。研究表明,C60~C80 SSC混凝土胶凝材料体系中,微珠的适宜掺量为10%~20%,硅灰的适宜掺量为5%~10%。适宜掺量下的微珠和硅灰对SSC混凝土工作性能和力学性能有很好的改善作用,微珠和硅灰使得体系级配更好,可提高SSC混凝土强度达10%以上。硅灰和微珠增加了试件的收缩程度,且粒径越小,收缩率越大。SSC水化产物主要由钙矾石、二水石膏、SiO2、C- S- H凝胶和少量Ca(OH)2(5%以内)组成。

The super sulfate cement (SSC), micro-bead and silica fume are employed to prepare C60~C80 concrete. By changing the content of micro-bead and silica fume to investigate the effect of SSC concrete related properties, and then the mechanical strength, non-contact shrinkage and microscopic mechanism are carried out. The mineral composition of SSC samples are analyzed by scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer. Experimental results show that the appropriate content of micro-bead and silica fume are respective 10%~20% and 5%~10% in cementitious materials of C60~C80 SSC concrete. The micro-bead, silica fume have prominent interstitial effect and system with excellent gradation to improve the working and mechanical performances of SSC concrete, and can increase the SSC concrete strength more than 10%. The micro-bead and silica fume have increased the contraction degree of samples, the smaller particle size, the greater shrinkage rate. Samples hydration products are mainly composed of ettringite, dihydrate gypsum, SiO2, C-S-H gel and a small amount of Ca (OH)2 (5%).
