选用5种再生骨料掺量方案(0、25%、50%、75%、100%)研究再生透水混凝土中的再生骨料合理掺量,每一种掺量方案都按照三因素三水平正交试验进行。控制碎石级配、设计孔隙率和水灰比这三个因素,考察抗压强度、有效孔隙率和透水系数这三个评价指标,比较不同再生骨料掺量下各评价指标的变化规律。结果表明,再生透水混凝土中再生骨料的合理掺量为30%。

Five kinds of recycled aggregate quantity scheme (0, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) is selected to research the recycled aggregate reasonable content of recycled pervious concrete problems, and each quantity scheme is carried out in accordance with the 3 factors and 3 levels of orthogonal test. Controlling the aggregate size, the design of porosity and wa-ter-cement ratio of these 3 factors, the compressive strength, effective porosity and permeability coefficient of the 3 indexes are investigated. Different change rules of recycled aggregate quantity to each evaluation index are compared, and the re-sults show that the reasonable mixing recycled aggregate of pervious concrete in weight is 30%.
