采用反相悬浮交联法制备壳聚糖/明胶复合微球吸附剂,用扫描电镜与激光粒径仪研究了各因素对微球形貌与粒径的影响.结果表明:戊二醛与Span-80可作为交联剂与乳化剂;增加乳化剂用量,提高搅拌速率,降低水油比可减小复合微球粒径;在乳化时间20 min、乳化剂用量0.04 g/mL、水油比1/6、搅拌速率900 r/min的条件下可制得大小均匀、粒径较小、分散性较好的复合微球.将复合微球用作阴离子染料吸附剂,具有较高的脱色率与较大的吸附量.

The chitosan/gelatin composite microspheres adsorbent was prepared by the inverse suspen?sion emulsion- crosslinking method. The influences of preparation parameters on the morphology and particle size of microspheres were studied by the means of SEM and laser particle size analyzer. The results indicated that the glutaraldehyde and Span- 80 were taken as the cross- linking agent and emulsifier. The particle diame?ter of the microspheres was reduced with the increase of stirring speed and dosage of emulsifier and the de?crease of the water/oil ratio. The excellent composite microspheres with smal particle size and good dispersi?ty could be obtained under the fol owing conditions: 20 min of emulsifying time, 0.04 g/mL of emulsifier con?centration, 1/6 of water/oil ratio and 900 r/min of stirring speed. The composite microspheres were used as ab?sorbent of anion dyes, which had high decolorization percentage and great adsorption capacity.
