通过分析政府监管部门、安全中介机构、煤矿企业在安全领域中的相互关系，围绕如何发挥安全中介机构技术支撑作用，提出三者各自应当采取的方法、措施、对策，最终实现共同推进煤矿企业科学发展、安全发展的目标。

Through the analysis of the relationship between the government supervision department, security intermediaries, the coal mine enterprise in security field, this paper focused on how to play a supporting role in security intermediary technology, put forward the taking methods, measures, countermeasures of the three, and eventually realized the common goals to promote the scientiifc and safe development of the coal mine enterprise.
