针对近几年长庆油田建设工程项目数量大、开发速度快、参建队伍多等实际情况，石油天然气长庆工程质量监督站克服质量监管跨距大、监督力量有限等困难，积极探索油田建设工程质量监督方法，构建油田建设工程标准化质量监督模式，创新管理，勇于实践，实现了工程建设优质高效，确保了“西部大庆”高质量高水平如期建成。

In recent years,large number of construction projects,rapid development,multi-team participating in Changqing Oilfield,according to the actual situation,supervisors overcome many difficulties in Changqing Branch,CNPC,Engineering Quality Supervision,such as large span of quality supervision,limited supervision power. search new method of quality supervision actively,construct standard quality supervision model for oilfield construction engineering,to achieve the project construction quality and efficiency by means of creative management and practice,to ensure completion of “Western Daqing” with high quality and high level on schedule.
