本文以鲜鹿皮为原材料,采用超声波辅助酶解法对其蛋白的提取进行了研究。文中考察了超声时间、超声温度、超声功率及料液比对鹿皮蛋白溶出的影响,并通过响应面设计进行试验优化从而确定了最佳工艺参数,当料液比为1∶15、超声温度为544℃、超声时间为43min和超声功率为200W时所得的胶原蛋白提取率最大,提取率为56.86%。

Taking fresh deerskin as raw materials, protein extraction was studied by ultrasonic assisted enzymatic hydrolysis. Effects of ultrasonic time, ultrasonic temperature, ultrasonic power and solid-liquid ratio on deerskin protein dissolution were examined. By using response surface design, optimum process parameters were determined as follow:solid-liquid ratio of 1∶15, ultrasonic temperature of 544℃, ultrasonic time of 43min and ultrasonic power of 200W. The highest extractive rate could be 88.71%in optimum conditions.
