在紧密纺细纱机的牵伸前区加装了压力棒隔距块,纺制细度为7.29 tex、混纺比为30/70的Tencel?/棉纤维混纺纱,通过测试强力、条干和毛羽指标,对影响纱线质量的主要因素——压力棒隔距块、钢丝圈及后区牵伸倍数采用了正交实验优化了3者的工艺参数。

By incorporating pressure bar spacer to the front drafting zone of compact-spinning machine, a kind of Tencel?/cotton yarn in 7.29 tex with blending ratio of 30/70 was spun on the machine. The strength, evenness and hairiness of the yarn were tested and the major factors that influence yarn quality including the pressure bar spacer, ring traveler and drafting ratio at back zone were investigated and optimized with orthogonal experiment.
