研究了以磷酸为催化剂,苯酚和叔丁醇为原料合成2,4-二叔丁基苯酚。合成产物经过利用受阻酚的性质分离提纯,得到高纯度的2,4-二叔丁基苯酚,并考察了影响反应的因素。结果表明:酚醇摩尔比为1∶3,催化剂85%磷酸的用量为10mL,反应时间为5h,反应温度为60℃是最适宜的反应条件;产物收率达57.1%。
研究瞭以燐痠為催化劑,苯酚和叔丁醇為原料閤成2,4-二叔丁基苯酚。閤成產物經過利用受阻酚的性質分離提純,得到高純度的2,4-二叔丁基苯酚,併攷察瞭影響反應的因素。結果錶明:酚醇摩爾比為1∶3,催化劑85%燐痠的用量為10mL,反應時間為5h,反應溫度為60℃是最適宜的反應條件;產物收率達57.1%。

2,4-Di-t-butylphenol was synthesized with phenol and tert-butyl alcohol as raw material and phosphoric acid as cata-lyst. The product of high purity was obtained by purification using the chemical properties of hindered phenol. The factors that had influence on the reaction were investigated. The optimal conditions for this reaction were as follows:the molar ratio of phenol to tert-butyl alcohol was 1∶3,the dosage of catalyst of 85%aqueous phosphoric acid was 10mL,the reaction time and temperature were 5h and 60℃ respectively. The yield of 2,4-di-t-butylphenol under such conditions was about 57. 1%.
