毛发状粒子表面的聚合物链是一个具有一定流动性的动态体系,其负载的催化剂综合了均相和非均相负载催化剂的优点,为手性催化剂的负载和实用化提供了一条新的途径。本文利用SiO2纳米粒子表面修饰制得的功能基,通过表面RAFT聚合,并经过氨基去保护后制得负载脯氨酸的毛发状纳米粒子。通过热重、红外和透射电镜对毛发状二氧化硅纳米粒子的结构进行表征,并将获得的毛发状纳米粒子作为催化剂直接催化不对称Aldol反应。
毛髮狀粒子錶麵的聚閤物鏈是一箇具有一定流動性的動態體繫,其負載的催化劑綜閤瞭均相和非均相負載催化劑的優點,為手性催化劑的負載和實用化提供瞭一條新的途徑。本文利用SiO2納米粒子錶麵脩飾製得的功能基,通過錶麵RAFT聚閤,併經過氨基去保護後製得負載脯氨痠的毛髮狀納米粒子。通過熱重、紅外和透射電鏡對毛髮狀二氧化硅納米粒子的結構進行錶徵,併將穫得的毛髮狀納米粒子作為催化劑直接催化不對稱Aldol反應。

The polymer brushes on the surface of hairy nanoparticles are a dynamic system possessing a certain degree of mobility, so hairy particles supported catalysts can combine the advantages of both homogeneous catalysts and heterogeneous catalysts,and provide a new and practical way for chiral catalyst load. Based on above,the hairy nanoparticles supported proline were synthesized by surface-initiated RAFT polymerization from silica initiator particles. The structure and composition of the hairy nanoparticles ob-tained were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FTIR),thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA)and transmission elec-tron microscope(TEM). Futhermore,the achieved hairy nanoparticles were used in asymmetric direct Aldol reaction as catalysts.
