通过对甘肃省部分地区奶牛场的323份乳腺炎乳样进行金黄色葡萄球菌的分离及对分离株进行耐药性分析,旨在为临床合理用药提供科学依据。采用血平板培养基、选择性培养基(Baird-Parker培养基),营养琼脂培养基,结合革兰染色、镜检,对可疑菌落分离纯化后进行血浆凝固酶试验,确定分离株是否为金黄色葡萄球菌;选用临床常用的10种抗生素对分离株进行药敏试验。结果表明,170株分离株对青霉素、头孢曲松钠、四环素、克林霉素表现出明显耐药,耐药率分别为75.29%、60.59%、63.53%、61.76%,而对左氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、氯霉素高度敏感,敏感率分别为72.94%、74.71%、71.76%。

Through isolation, identiifcation and drug resistance analysis of Staphylococcusaureusfrom 323 mastitis dairy cows in some region in Gansu to provide a scientiifc basis for rational clinical use of drug. Staphylococcus aureus was separated and purified by using Baird-Parker medium,Common nutrient AGAR plate,nutrient agar medium and microscope detection technology. Staphylococcus aureus were identificatied by plasma coagulase test. Totally 10 kinds of frequently-used antibiotics from the different dairy farm in Gansu were used in drug sensitive test. Result of antibiotic susceptibility testing indicated that 170 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were highly drugfast to penicillin, ceftriaxone sodium, tetracycline and clindamycin.The drug resistance rate respectively were 75.29%, 60.59%, 63.53% and 61.76%. By contrast, Quinolones levolfoxacin, ciprolfoxacin and chloramphenicol were high antibiotic susceptible rate were 72.94%、74.70%and 71.76%.
