目的：探讨预防宫颈物理治疗术后（宫颈自凝刀治疗）发生宫颈子宫内膜异位症的有效方法。方法：2008年3月～2013年3月，在广东省高要市人民医院妇科门诊因宫颈疾病行宫颈自凝刀治疗患者，随机分为2组，观察组50人，术后当天始坚持口服去氧孕烯炔雌醇3个周期，对照组48人，术后未服口服避孕药，观察对比2组患者宫颈子宫内膜异位症的发病率。结果：服用去氧孕烯炔雌醇组无1例发生宫颈子宫内膜异位症，对照组宫颈子宫内膜异位症发病率8．33％（4／48）。宫颈子宫内膜异位症的发生率与未服用口服避孕药组对比，有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论：口服避孕药可以预防宫颈物理治疗术后宫颈子宫内膜异位症的发生。
목적：탐토예방궁경물리치료술후（궁경자응도치료）발생궁경자궁내막이위증적유효방법。방법：2008년3월～2013년3월，재광동성고요시인민의원부과문진인궁경질병행궁경자응도치료환자，수궤분위2조，관찰조50인，술후당천시견지구복거양잉희결자순3개주기，대조조48인，술후미복구복피잉약，관찰대비2조환자궁경자궁내막이위증적발병솔。결과：복용거양잉희결자순조무1례발생궁경자궁내막이위증，대조조궁경자궁내막이위증발병솔8．33％（4／48）。궁경자궁내막이위증적발생솔여미복용구복피잉약조대비，유현저성차이（P＜0．05）。결론：구복피잉약가이예방궁경물리치료술후궁경자궁내막이위증적발생。
Objective:To investigate the effective methods of preventing of the occurrence of cervical endometriosis after physical thera -py ( cervical self coagulation knife treatment ) .Methods:Randomly divided into two groups , including 50 cases of observation group whose period were day 21 to 25, 48 cases of control group whose period were day 26 to 35.The observation group was given oral desogestrel ethinylestradiol for three cycles following physical therapy ( cervical self coagulation knife treatment ) .The control group was given nothing following physical therapy .The cervical endometriosis incidence was observed .Results:No cervical endometriosis case in observation group.The cervical endometriosis incidence rate was 8.33%(4/48) in the control group.The difference had statistical sig-nificance among the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:After cervical self coagulation knife treatment ,taking oral contraceptives is an ef-fective method to prevent the occurrence of endometriosis on the cervix .
