目的：分析儿童眼外伤手术病例的致病原因及其临床特征。方法：对2006年12月～2014年7月在我院眼科就诊，且收住入院行手术治疗的88例儿童眼外伤病例（共88眼）进行回顾性分析。结果：儿童眼外伤主要为角膜穿孔伤（78．41％），男女比例为2．03：1，学龄前儿童最多（65．91％），平均年龄为5．625岁，本地人与外地人比例为1．83：1。剪刀等锐器戳伤及铅笔戳伤为儿童主要受伤原因。手术后视力＜0．2者25例（28．41％）。结论：儿童眼外伤发病率及致盲率高，后果严重，应加强预防，一旦发生，需及时就诊。

목적：분석인동안외상수술병례적치병원인급기림상특정。방법：대2006년12월～2014년7월재아원안과취진，차수주입원행수술치료적88례인동안외상병례（공88안）진행회고성분석。결과：인동안외상주요위각막천공상（78．41％），남녀비례위2．03：1，학령전인동최다（65．91％），평균년령위5．625세，본지인여외지인비례위1．83：1。전도등예기착상급연필착상위인동주요수상원인。수술후시력＜0．2자25례（28．41％）。결론：인동안외상발병솔급치맹솔고，후과엄중，응가강예방，일단발생，수급시취진。
Objective:To analysis the causes and clinical characteristic of pediatric ocular trauma by surgical treatment .Methods:Ret-rospective, consecutive case series were collected .Information of 88 inpatients (88 eyes) with ocular trauma of children by surgical treat-ment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University from Sep .2006 to Ju1.2014 were analyzed .Results:Pediatric ocular trauma was mainly the result of corneal penetrating injury ( 78.41%).Most of the patients were preschoolers , average age was 5.625 years.The ra-tio was 2.03:1 between male and female .Ratio of locals and outsiders ratio was 1.83 :1.Scissor and pencil poke were the most com-mon causes of the injury.After surgery, vision of 25 cases was <0.2 ( 28.41%).Conclusion:The incidence and blindness rate of ocu-lar trauma in children were high .It could cause serious consequences .It is very important to strengthen safety education and protection . Early,prompt treatment are the key points of therapeutic efficacy .
