在车轴的生产制造过程中，中心孔损伤现象非常普遍，通过对车轴生产制造过程的观察，发现粗车加工使用中心孔装夹定位的方法及磨削工序使用中心孔作为基准加工的过程，从中找出了车轴中心孔损伤的原因，提出了加工过程中对于中心孔使用应注意的防护措施及顶尖的结构的改善，使车轴中心孔损伤现象能从源头上得到有效控制，减轻了人工修复中心孔的劳动强度及加工成本，保障了车轴的质量。

The damage phenomenon is very common in the manufacture process of center hole .Through the observation of the axle manufacturing process ,it is found that the coarse car clamping positioning methods and processing using the center hole grinding process using the center hole as the benchmark treatment process and it is also found out the reason of the center hole damage .This paper puts forward protective measures of the central holes that should be paid attention to and the improvement of top structure , which makes the center hole damage phenomenon effectively control from the source ,reduces the labor intensity of artificial repair center hole and processing costs and ensures the quality of the axle .
