目的：研究循证护理对于重症急性胰腺炎患者的影响。方法总结2012年9月～2013年8月收治的重症急性胰腺炎患者52例，运用随机分组的方式研究。观察组患者运用循证护理的方法，对照组患者运用常规基础护理的方法，分别对比两组患者干预后病情的变化、患者对护理的满意程度。结果观察组患者经循证护理后，病情好转，好转率为92．30％、护理满意率为96．15％明显高于对照组患者（ P＜0．05）。结论对重症急性胰腺炎患者提出治疗问题，翻阅有价值的临床护理资料，赢得循证辅助后实施护理干预，获得比较满意的治疗效果的同时，减短患者住院的时间，提升医院总体护理水平和质量。
목적：연구순증호리대우중증급성이선염환자적영향。방법총결2012년9월～2013년8월수치적중증급성이선염환자52례，운용수궤분조적방식연구。관찰조환자운용순증호리적방법，대조조환자운용상규기출호리적방법，분별대비량조환자간예후병정적변화、환자대호리적만의정도。결과관찰조환자경순증호리후，병정호전，호전솔위92．30％、호리만의솔위96．15％명현고우대조조환자（ P＜0．05）。결론대중증급성이선염환자제출치료문제，번열유개치적림상호리자료，영득순증보조후실시호리간예，획득비교만의적치료효과적동시，감단환자주원적시간，제승의원총체호리수평화질량。
Objective To study the evidence -based care for patients with severe acute impact .Methods 52 cases of severe acute pancreatitis patients in our hospital during the period September 2012 August 2013 , the use of randomized studies of the way.The patients using evidence -based care approach , the control group of patients using conventional methods based care , respectively compare changes in the disease , the patient satisfaction with the care of groups of pa-tients after the intervention .Results The patients after evidence -based care , her condition improved , the improvement rate was 92.30%, 96.15% nursing satisfaction rate was significantly higher in patients ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions While the proposed treatment of patients with severe acute problem , read valuable information on clinical care , the im-plementation of evidence -based nursing interventions after winning assist , obtain satisfactory therapeutic effect , shorten hospitalization time and enhance the overall level of care hospital and quality .
