医院物资管理是医院对所需各种物资进行计划、采购、保管、供应、维修等各项组织管理工作。建立基于区域信息平台的物资管理系统，对提高机构物资、固定资产管理的质量和效率，理顺物流流程等具有重大意义。本文以上海市闸北区为例，通过系统架构、业务分析及功能实现等方面介绍了基于区域信息平台的物资管理系统设计和实现过程，并对实施过程中遇到的问题总结分析，提出相关建议。

The hospital material management is a series of ornanizing work regarding plan, materials procurement, storage, supply, repairment, etc. The establishment of material management system based on regional information platform is important to improve the mechanism and the logistics flow of material and fixed asset management and enhance quality and efficiency. In this paper, Zhabei District of Shanghai was taken as an example, the system architecture, business analysis and function realization were introduced in the aspects of material management system design and implementation process based on regional information platform. The problems encountered during the implementation were analyzed and summarized with related proposal put forward.
