目的：采用治疗药物监测技术为患儿提供合理的抗癫痫个体化治疗方案。方法通过参与癫痫患儿的治疗过程，结合治疗药物监测和高效液相色谱法，分析药物不良反应及药代动力学特点，调整抗癫痫药物的使用。结果与结论患儿病情稳定出院。临床上可结合抗癫痫药物药代动力学特点，在治疗药物监测技术的指导下，提高抗癫痫治疗的有效性和安全性。
목적：채용치료약물감측기술위환인제공합리적항전간개체화치료방안。방법통과삼여전간환인적치료과정，결합치료약물감측화고효액상색보법，분석약물불량반응급약대동역학특점，조정항전간약물적사용。결과여결론환인병정은정출원。림상상가결합항전간약물약대동역학특점，재치료약물감측기술적지도하，제고항전간치료적유효성화안전성。
Objective To provide reasonable individualized treatment plan for children with epilepsy by therapeutic drug monitoring technolo-gy.Methods The pharmacist participated in the treatment of epileptic children to adjust oxcarbazepine medication by the analysis of adverse drug reactions and pharmacokinetic characteristics , using therapeutic drug monitoring and pharmaceutical analysis methods.Results and Con-clusion The patient was discharged in stable condition.Under the guid-ance of therapeutic drug monitoring combined with the characteristics of pharmacokinetic , anti-epileptic treatment can be improved on efficacy and safety in clinical practice.
