目的：比较500例冠心病患者经单纯西医治疗和中西医综合治疗后治疗效果的相关数据进行分析，得出典型变量，为中西医综合治疗的进一步应用提供实验及理论依据。方法应用独立样本 t 检验比较500例单纯西医治疗与中西医综合治疗患者的相关数据；对疗效更好的中西医综合治疗组的数据进行典型相关分析，即对临床检测的多组变量间的相互关系进行分析。结果单纯西医治疗和中西医综合治疗组患者治疗后均能显著降低心绞痛评分、中医主症评分、血瘀证计分等主要检测指标，中西医综合治疗组改善效果更好，两组差异有统计学意义。结论中西医综合治疗组数据的典型相关分析结果表明，反映心绞痛指标的典型变量主要由血压、血瘀证计分、血糖决定，反映心绞痛评价的典型变量主要由心绞痛评分和心率决定，心绞痛评分也受到血瘀证积分的决定。中西医综合治疗可以缓解血瘀证，从而降低心绞痛评分。
목적：비교500례관심병환자경단순서의치료화중서의종합치료후치료효과적상관수거진행분석，득출전형변량，위중서의종합치료적진일보응용제공실험급이론의거。방법응용독립양본 t 검험비교500례단순서의치료여중서의종합치료환자적상관수거；대료효경호적중서의종합치료조적수거진행전형상관분석，즉대림상검측적다조변량간적상호관계진행분석。결과단순서의치료화중서의종합치료조환자치료후균능현저강저심교통평분、중의주증평분、혈어증계분등주요검측지표，중서의종합치료조개선효과경호，량조차이유통계학의의。결론중서의종합치료조수거적전형상관분석결과표명，반영심교통지표적전형변량주요유혈압、혈어증계분、혈당결정，반영심교통평개적전형변량주요유심교통평분화심솔결정，심교통평분야수도혈어증적분적결정。중서의종합치료가이완해혈어증，종이강저심교통평분。
Objective Independent samples t test and canonical correlation analysis are applied to analyze the data of 500 cases of coronary heart disease patients by western medicine and integrative medicine treatment,canonical variables are derived,which provides experimental evidence for the further applications of integrative medicine treatment.Methods Independent samples t test is applied to compare 500 cases relevant data of patients under western medicine and integrative medicine treatment;The data of integrative medicine treatment group,which has better efficacy,was canonical correlation analyzed.That is to analyze the relationship among plu-rality of sets variables of the clinical testing.Results After the treatment by both western medicine and integrative medicine,the an-gina pectoris grade,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)key symptom grade,blood stasis grade of the patients can reduce significant-ly.But integrative medicine treatment group had better improvement effect.There was significant difference between the two treat-ment groups.Conclusion Canonical correlation analysis revealed the canonical variables of angina evaluation are mainly decided by angina pectoris grade.And the angina grade was affected by blood stasis score.Blood stasis can be relieved in the integrative medicine treatment group,thereby reducing angina pectoris grade.
