立案调解，作为近几年新出现的一种处理纠纷的方式，在全国各级法院普遍应用。其附加的诉前送达程序、繁简分流功能和心理疏导功能及庭前准备功能逐渐凸显，大大促进了审判效率的提高。因此，在立法中应对立案调解阶段送达程序进行必要的确认，对立案调整期限进行法律规制，保证其运行的合法性，以更好地发挥其功效，促进审判效率的进一步提高。

Registered intermediation, as a kind of lately-appeared way of handling disputes, is applied in all lev-els of courts nationwide. Its additional procedure of delivery before lawsuit, function of dividing complex and simplicity, mental comfort and preparation before court promote the efficiency of judgment. Therefore, we should recognize and regulate the registered intermediation system in legislation, and promise its legitimacy in its move-ment, so as to better exertive its effects and promote the efficiency of judgment.
