目的:探讨恶性肿瘤病人化疗过程中未成熟网织红细胞指数(IRF)和相关参数的变化及其临床意义。方法:采用Sysmex XN-9000全自动血细胞分析仪对51例恶性肿瘤患者化疗前后外周血未成熟网织红细胞指数(IRF)、网织红细胞百分数(Ret%)、白细胞计数(WBC)和血小板计数(PLT)进行动态检测。结果:化疗后第3天, IRF和Ret%出现明显下降,差异有统计学意义(Р<0.01),IRF第6天降到最低,第10天有所回升,Ret%第10天降到最低,第15天IRF和Ret%明显上升,差异有统计学意义(Р<0.01);WBC和PLT在化疗后第6天出现明显下降,差异有统计学意义(Р<0.01),第15天降到最低,第20天较第15天出现上升,差异有统计学意义(Р<0.05)。结论:未成熟网织红细胞指数及相关参数可作为检测恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间骨髓造血功能抑制和恢复的早期敏感指标。

Objective:To explore the clinical significance of the changes in immature reticulocyte fraction and related parameters in malignant tumor patients during chemotherapy.Methods:The dgnamic changes of the immature reticulocyte fraction (IRF),the percentage of reticulocyte (Ret%),white blood cell count(WBC) and platelet count(PLT) of peripheral bloods were detected by Sysmex XN-9000 automatic blood cell analyzer before and after chemotherapy in 51 cases of malignant tumor patients.Results:Compared with the value before chemotherapy, IRF and Ret% decreased dramatically on the 3rd day after chemotherapy, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). IRF was the lowest on the 6th day and rebounded gradually on the 10th day. Ret% was the lowest on the 10th day. And IRF and Ret% increased significantly on the 15th day (P<0.01). WBC and PLT decreased significantly on the 6th day(P<0.01). Both of them were the lowest on the 15th day and rebounded gradually on the 20th day compared with those on the 15th day (P<0.01).Conclusions: IRF and related parameters can be served as early and sensitive predictive indicators in monitoring the suppression and recovery of bone marrow function in patients with malignant tumor during the chemotherapy.
