We give the modified maximum likelihood estimator of parameters of exponential distribution with TypeⅠCensoring Sample Size based on tampered failure rate model under step-stress accelerated life testing, and through the Monte-Carlo simulation show that the modified maximum likelihood estimation accuracy is better than the maximum likelihood estimation.
