以飞行器典型结构件为对象开展了中频力学环境预示参数识别及建模技术研究。设计了中频混合模型实验件,开展了统计能量分析参数获取实验,通过实验数据识别出了模态密度、内损耗因子等统计能量参数,可为统计能量子系统的模型修正提供输入。采用FE-SEA方法建立了噪声环境下实验件的混合模型,通过识别出的参数对中频混合模型进行了模型修正,获得了较准确的分析模型。开展了实验件在噪声环境下的响应分析,得到了实验件各部分子系统的振动响应,并与混响室噪声实验数据进行了对比分析,预示结果与实验结果吻合较好,验证了中频混合方法建模的合理性。

The parameter identification and modeling method for mid-frequency environment prediction of typical structure is studied. The typical structure is designed and the parameter identification test is carried out. From the test data, SEA analysis parameters, such as modal density and loss factors, are obtained. These parameters can be used to model updating. Then the hybrid model in acoustic environment is built by FE-SEA method and is updated by the parameters identified from test. The response of the structure is simulated and the acceleration of sub-system is obtained. Additionally, acoustic test is conducted in reverberation room. After analysis, it is found that simulation results are well agreed with test results. The rationality of modeling by hybrid method is validated.
