用200Gy 的60 Co -γ射线诱变皖麦50的干种子，对 M2的性状进行变异及典型相关分析，结果表明，从变异系数看，粒重>粒数>沉降值>退化小穗数>千粒重>形成时间>稳定时间>湿面筋>蛋白质>硬度指数>穗长>株高>小穗数>出粉率>吸水率>容重。简单相关分析表明，粒重与蛋白质含量相关不显著。典型相关分析表明，产量性状与农艺性状间相关极显著，营养品质性状与加工品质性状间相关极显著。

With Variated Wanmai 50 dry seeds by 200Gy of 60 Co - γ ray ,Traits variation and canonical correla-tion analysis of M2 generation were made. The results showed that:From the coefficient of variation,grain weight> grains > settlement value > degradation spikelets > grain weight > formation time > stable time > wet gluten> protein > hardness index > ear length > height > spikelets > flour yield > absorption > density. Simple cor-relation analysis showed that grain weight associated with protein content was not significant. Canonical correla-tion analysis showed that the relationship of yield traits and agronomic traits was significantly;the the relationship of nutritional quality traits and the processing quality traits was significantly.
