农村留守妇女是我国社会转型及工业化、城镇化进程中产生的一个特殊群体。加大对农村留守妇女教育与培训是留守妇女自身发展的客观需要,是留守妇女家庭和谐稳定的重要保障,也是新农村建设目标全面实现的内在要求。我国业已开展的留守妇女教育、培训工作尚存在缺乏制度化、常态化,受众比例偏小、内容单一、区域失衡严重,供给主体单一、培训方式欠灵活,师资匮乏、经费来源不足,管理缺失、评价机制缺乏等问题。建立、健全农村留守妇女教育与培训支持体系,要尽快摸清实情,建章立制;要加大宣传力度,发挥先进个体的激励作用;要在对留守妇女的教育、培训供给上呼朋引伴,在教育内容与方式上因材(才)施教,要在师资队伍建设上招贤纳士,同时在经费投入上开源节流;要加强培训管理,建立严格的培训评价机制。

Rural left - behind women are a special group in the process of our social transformation,industrialization and urbanization. To increase rural left - behind women's education and training is the objective demand of the left - behind women's own development and an important assurance for left - behind women family harmony and stability,and also is the inherent requirement in comprehensive implementation of new rural construction goal. The left - behind women's education and training work has been carried out in our country. However,the work is lack of systematization and normalization,the proportion of the audience is low with serious regional imbalance,training is lack of teachers with inadequate funding,and of management,lack of evaluation mechanism and so on. In order to establish and improve the rural left - behind women's education and training supporting system,we should build rules and regulations as soon as possible,intensify propaganda, advanced individual should play the role of incentives,teach them in accordance of their aptitude. At the same time we should open source throttling on funds investment,strengthen the training management,and establish a strict training evalu-ation mechanism.
