Ecological civilization construction is an arduous and complicated systematic project,and therefore,the suitable cultural concept formation is indispensable. Rich connotation of red culture and its distinctive features conduct spirit values in ecological civilization construction,such as political mobilization,the formation of concept and thinking innovation.
