高等职业院校校企合作的困境在于企业与学校合作的意愿、合作的方式及利益的分配等。因此以高职院校汽车专业为例，对上述现象进行了分析，运用博弈理论建立了合作博弈模型，求出了讨价还价的纳什均衡解，并对其影响因素进行了分析。

Plight of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges lie in the willingness of the school enterprise cooperation ,ways of cooperation ,profit distribution and so on .In this paper ,use game theory to establish a cooperative game model ,find the Nash equilibrium bargaining ,and analyzes the influencing factors with automotive specialty in higher vocational colleges .
