目的：探讨不良情感宣泄对突聋患者心理及预后的影响。方法对68例不良情感严重的突聋患者，随机分组，对照组给予常规综合治疗与心理干预，宣泄组在此基础上进行不良情感宣泄。结果治疗有效率宣泄组为85.29％，对照组为70.59％，有显著性差异P＜0.05，宣泄组焦虑及抑郁缓解情况显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论在常规治疗及心理干预基础上，建立有效的不良情感宣泄可一定程度改善突聋患者预后，缓解焦虑抑郁等心理障碍。
목적：탐토불량정감선설대돌롱환자심리급예후적영향。방법대68례불량정감엄중적돌롱환자，수궤분조，대조조급여상규종합치료여심리간예，선설조재차기출상진행불량정감선설。결과치료유효솔선설조위85.29％，대조조위70.59％，유현저성차이P＜0.05，선설조초필급억욱완해정황현저우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론재상규치료급심리간예기출상，건립유효적불량정감선설가일정정도개선돌롱환자예후，완해초필억욱등심리장애。
Objective To discuss the influences of adverse emotional catharsis on the psychol-ogy and prognosis of sudden deafness patients.Methods Sixty-eight adverse emotional sudden deafness patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.And the control-group patients were giv-en regular multimodality therapy and psychological nursing, while catharsis ones were given ad-verse emotional catharsis additionally. Results The total effective rate was 85.29% vs 70.59%( catharsis group vs control group ) , And the remission of anxiety and depression in catharsis group was significantly better than that in control group, P<0.05.Conclusion On the basis of regular multimodality therapy and psychological nursing, giving adverse emotional catharsis could improve the psychological disorders and the prognosis of sudden deafness pa-tients to some degree.
