目的:探讨位相对比乳腺摄影( phase-contrast mammography,PCM)与彩色多普勒超声( color Doppler ultrasound,CDUS)对早期乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法60例乳腺结节/肿块的乳腺拍片资料和超声资料分别由影像科和超声科医师进行双盲法分析,定性诊断,并与病理结果对照。结果60例乳腺占位中,乳腺癌36例,良性病变24例。 PCM和CDUS诊断早期乳腺癌的敏感性、准确性方面,二者差异显著( P<0.05);对直径<1.0 cm的病灶,PCM的准确性明显高于CDUS(P<0.05)。结论对早期乳癌的定性诊断方面,PCM乳腺摄影为首选,但PCM与CDUS结合有利于发现更早期的乳腺癌。

목적:탐토위상대비유선섭영( phase-contrast mammography,PCM)여채색다보륵초성( color Doppler ultrasound,CDUS)대조기유선암적진단개치。방법60례유선결절/종괴적유선박편자료화초성자료분별유영상과화초성과의사진행쌍맹법분석,정성진단,병여병리결과대조。결과60례유선점위중,유선암36례,량성병변24례。 PCM화CDUS진단조기유선암적민감성、준학성방면,이자차이현저( P<0.05);대직경<1.0 cm적병조,PCM적준학성명현고우CDUS(P<0.05)。결론대조기유암적정성진단방면,PCM유선섭영위수선,단PCM여CDUS결합유리우발현경조기적유선암。
Objective To explore the value of phase-contrast mammography system ( PCM) and color Doppler ultrasound ( CDUS) in diagnosis of early breast cancer.Methods Sixty ca-ses of breast nodules/masses of breast X-ray data and ultrasonic data was analysed by radiolo-gists and ultrasound physicians respectively with the double blind method and given a qualita-tive diagnosis, at last, the results were compared with pathology.Results There were 36 ca-ses of breast cancer and 24 cases of benign breast lesions in 60 cases breast mass, sensitivity and accuracy were significantly different between PCM and CDUS in diagnosis of early breast cancer ( P<0.05);to less than 1.0 cm mass,PCM had obviously higher accuracy than CDUS (P<0.05).Conclusion In the qualitative diagnosis of early breast cancer, PCM mammog-raphy is preferred, and PCM combined with CDUS is helpful to find earlier breast cancer.
