目的:探讨miR-17在胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法提取30例胃癌及癌旁正常胃黏膜组织标本的总RNA,采用茎环逆转录实时定量聚合酶链反应( RT-PCR)方法检测miR-17的表达量,并分析其与分化程度、淋巴结转移、胃癌pTNM分期等临床病理特征的关系。结果与癌旁正常胃黏膜组织比较,miR-17在癌组织中高表达(胃癌及癌组织中表达值分别为12.7779±0.9067和10.3079±0.4446,P<0.05),其中miR-17的表达与肿瘤的大小、胃癌的pTNM分期及Lauren分型相关(P<0.05)和患者的性别、年龄、有无淋巴结转移及组织分化程度无关(P>0.05)。结论 miR-17在胃癌中的高表达可能对胃癌的发生发展起重要作用,为胃癌靶向治疗提供依据。

목적:탐토miR-17재위암중적표체급기여림상병리특정적관계。방법제취30례위암급암방정상위점막조직표본적총RNA,채용경배역전록실시정량취합매련반응( RT-PCR)방법검측miR-17적표체량,병분석기여분화정도、림파결전이、위암pTNM분기등림상병리특정적관계。결과여암방정상위점막조직비교,miR-17재암조직중고표체(위암급암조직중표체치분별위12.7779±0.9067화10.3079±0.4446,P<0.05),기중miR-17적표체여종류적대소、위암적pTNM분기급Lauren분형상관(P<0.05)화환자적성별、년령、유무림파결전이급조직분화정도무관(P>0.05)。결론 miR-17재위암중적고표체가능대위암적발생발전기중요작용,위위암파향치료제공의거。
Objective To investigate the express of miR-17 and its association with clinico-pathologic features in gastric cancer.Methods The expression levels of miR-17 in 30 gastric cancers and their match non-tumor adjacent tissue specimens were detected by using stem-loop real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction ( RT-PCR) , and their correlation with clinicopathologic features of gastric cancer was analyzed.Results The expression levels of miR-17 were significantly higher in tumor tissues( expression values of gastric cancer and non-tumor adjacent normal tissue were 12.7779 ±0.9067 and 10.3079 ±0.4446, P<0.05) .The expression of miR-17 was related to tumor size, Lauren classification, pTNM state ( P <0.05 ) , which was not related to lymph node mrtastasis positively ( P>0.05 ) and cell differen-tiation ( P>0.05 ) .Conclution miR-17 might play a important role in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer, provide the basis for targeting therapy of gastric cancer.
