目的：探讨乳腺癌超声造影特征与ER、PR、C-erbB-2及nm23的表达有无相关性。方法回顾性分析乳腺癌患者超声造影资料与术后乳腺癌标本的ER、PR、C-erbB-2及nm23的免疫组化结果，将乳腺造影的定性和定量指标，与术后乳腺癌标本的ER、PR、C-erbB-2及nm23的表达进行相关性分析。结果41例乳腺癌的超声造影指标中肿瘤的快进灌注模式和达峰值与C-erbB-2的表达有关，曲线下面积（AUC）与ER、PR的表达相关，所有指标与nm23的表达无关。结论乳腺癌超声造影的某些特征与ER、PR、C-erbB-2等分子生物学指标有一定的相关性，可以协助临床个性化治疗以及判断患者预后。

Objective To discuss the relationship between the contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) imagine and the mo-lecular biology indexes of the breast camers .Methods We retrospectively analysed the breast cancers materials of CEUS , C-erbB-2 ,nm23 ,ER ,PR immunohistochemical results after operation ,and wade the correlation test between the CEUS indexes or parameters ,and the expression of C-erbB-2 ,nm23 ,ER ,PR .Results In 41 breast malignant tumors ,the fas-ter flow-in model and the high peak intensity db in the malignant lesion had relationship with C-erbB-2 expressions .The area under the curve of CEUS(AUC) had relationship with ER ,PR expressions and no one indexes of CEUS had relation-ship with nm23 expressions .Conclusion Some CEUS features have some relationship with the molecular biology indexes , which could help clinic to make individualized treatment and prediction of prognosis of patients in certain patients .
