为保证前副车架的焊接后尺寸、形状和位置参数，针对焊接夹具精度变化和隐蔽的特征，采用Excel 与VBA 对前副车架自动检具检测的数据进行正态分布分析，实现对夹具精度的分析和判断。结果表明：该方法能够及时发现夹具使用过程中由于磨损、受力变形等引起的精度变化，方便技术人员对焊接夹具进行及时调整和修理，避免出现不合格品。

To ensure the welding size , shape and position parameters , the automatic welding production lines for automobile front sub-frame mainly rely on the positioning of welding fixture .To realize the analysis and judg-ment for the accuracy of the fixture , it uses normal distribution with Excelland VBA to analyze data from auto-matic checking-tool.The method can detect the change of precision caused by wear and deformation timely , be convenient for technical personnel to adjust and repair welding fixture without appearance of unqualified prod -ucts.
