通过硬质合金刀具车削加工GCr15轴承钢试验,验证了切削用量与刀尖圆弧半径rε对表面轮廓算术平均偏差 Ra 的影响程度。试验表明,进给量f和刀尖圆弧半径rε是影响Ra 的最主要因素,V影响其次、ap影响最小。

An experiment of turning GCr15 bearing steel by hard alloy cutting tools is carried out to investigate the im-pact of cutting parameters and nose radius on the surface roughness.The experimental results indicate that the most impor-tant factor of deviation of the profile is feed and nose radius,the second is cutting speed,the minimally important factor is cutting depth.
