The existing problems and defects of uncoupling bar traditional processing are analyzed.The processing method and the fixture design to realize the efficient machining of the uncoupling bar in processing center are introduced. The result shows:by using advanced numerical control processing process program,the number of fixture is decreased,the production efficiency and product quality are improved greatly compared with the traditional processing technology.
