大直径重型镗刀是保证大直径孔加工精度的关键工具。结合生产实际,设计了重型镗刀关键件主刀桥的结构形式。利用有限元分析了主刀桥的刚性,设计了一种新型的主刀桥。研究结果表明,与国外同类镗刀相比,该镗刀具有较好的刚性,能够满足加工精度的要求。
大直徑重型鏜刀是保證大直徑孔加工精度的關鍵工具。結閤生產實際,設計瞭重型鏜刀關鍵件主刀橋的結構形式。利用有限元分析瞭主刀橋的剛性,設計瞭一種新型的主刀橋。研究結果錶明,與國外同類鏜刀相比,該鏜刀具有較好的剛性,能夠滿足加工精度的要求。

Heavy boring cutter with large diameter is a key tool for ensuring the machining accuracy of large diameter hole.The structure of main tool bridge as a key component of heavy boring cutter is designed;the rigidity of the main bor-ing bar is analyzed by using the finite element method.And a new main tool bridge is designed.The research result shows that it has good rigidity and is able to meet the demand of machining accuracy,compared with similar boring cutter from a-broad.
