生产中发现Φ36mm锥钻出现萘状断口,粗大的晶粒分布在钻头的刃部,在心部没有发现这种现象。萘状断口是高速钢晶粒的二次再结晶,粗大的晶粒对钻头的韧性造成危害。经分析发现在轧制工序设备改造过程中,因更改感应加热的频率、功率和加热时间,造成工件的表层加热温度过高,随后的热处理过程发生二次淬火,使产品出现萘状断口。
生產中髮現Φ36mm錐鑽齣現萘狀斷口,粗大的晶粒分佈在鑽頭的刃部,在心部沒有髮現這種現象。萘狀斷口是高速鋼晶粒的二次再結晶,粗大的晶粒對鑽頭的韌性造成危害。經分析髮現在軋製工序設備改造過程中,因更改感應加熱的頻率、功率和加熱時間,造成工件的錶層加熱溫度過高,隨後的熱處理過程髮生二次淬火,使產品齣現萘狀斷口。
생산중발현Φ36mm추찬출현내상단구,조대적정립분포재찬두적인부,재심부몰유발현저충현상。내상단구시고속강정립적이차재결정,조대적정립대찬두적인성조성위해。경분석발현재알제공서설비개조과정중,인경개감응가열적빈솔、공솔화가열시간,조성공건적표층가열온도과고,수후적열처리과정발생이차쉬화,사산품출현내상단구。
The naphthalene fracture was produced on Φ36mm bradawl during the production.The coarse grain dis-tributed in the drill bit blade,heart department didn't find this kind of phenomenon.Naphthalene fracture was the HSS grain secondary recrystallization,and the coarse grain hazard to the toughness of drill.Through the analysis found that in the process of rolling process equipment modification,the relevant personnel changed the frequency of induction heating, power and heating time,which result to the heating temperature of workpiece surface too high,and the following double quenching of heat treatment process,finally make the product appear naphthalene fracture.
