枪钻在加工20CrMnTiH材料时存在断屑难、排屑难导致刀具磨损、寿命降低等主要问题。本文对实际加工条件和被加工材料的特点进行分析后,修改了钻尖的几何参数来进行改进。经过一系列试验研究证明,改进后的枪钻解决了实际加工中断屑难、排屑难的问题,并使刀具寿命提高了两倍。
鎗鑽在加工20CrMnTiH材料時存在斷屑難、排屑難導緻刀具磨損、壽命降低等主要問題。本文對實際加工條件和被加工材料的特點進行分析後,脩改瞭鑽尖的幾何參數來進行改進。經過一繫列試驗研究證明,改進後的鎗鑽解決瞭實際加工中斷屑難、排屑難的問題,併使刀具壽命提高瞭兩倍。

The serious problem in processing 20CrMnTiH is the hard -break and evacuation of chips when drilling . It deal to the wearing of the gundrill and also reducing the tool life.Based on the experiences accumulated in gundrill geom-etry design,modifications of the drill point are proposed,adapting to the characteristics of this kind of workpiece and work-ing condition.Experiments and test-turn reveal that the chip can be break well and fluency discharged ,also the tool life of drill increases by 2 times in comparison with that of the conventional ones.
