针对高温合金高效磨削用砂轮气孔率不高、砂轮耐磨性差等问题,基于空心球造孔与高温钎焊技术,提出多孔复合结合剂立方氮化硼(Cubic Boron Nitride,简称CBN)砂轮制备方法。从砂轮结构设计、砂轮节块制备工艺、砂轮粘接与修整等方面加以阐述,最后对该砂轮高效磨削高温合金磨削性能进行评价。在磨削速度为80m/s、磨削深度为0.2 mm的工艺条件下,多孔CBN砂轮最大材料去除率可达50 mm3/mm·s,这表明该新型多孔CBN砂轮在镍基高温合金高效深切磨削中具有应用潜力。
針對高溫閤金高效磨削用砂輪氣孔率不高、砂輪耐磨性差等問題,基于空心毬造孔與高溫釬銲技術,提齣多孔複閤結閤劑立方氮化硼(Cubic Boron Nitride,簡稱CBN)砂輪製備方法。從砂輪結構設計、砂輪節塊製備工藝、砂輪粘接與脩整等方麵加以闡述,最後對該砂輪高效磨削高溫閤金磨削性能進行評價。在磨削速度為80m/s、磨削深度為0.2 mm的工藝條件下,多孔CBN砂輪最大材料去除率可達50 mm3/mm·s,這錶明該新型多孔CBN砂輪在鎳基高溫閤金高效深切磨削中具有應用潛力。

The development of porous composite -bonded CBN wheel was developed based on the pore -forming effect of alumina bubbles and the brazing technology.Wheel substrate structure with symmetrical detachable segments was designed and examined.The manufacture process and mechanism of wheel working segments was explained in detail.After the porous CBN wheel was bonded and dressed,the high-efficiency grinding performance was explored.The maximum material removal rate of this wheel reaches 50 mm3/mm·s under grinding speed of 80 m/s and depth of cut of 0.2 mm. This implies their great potential application in high-efficiency deep grinding of nickel-based superallys.
