分析了火电机组厂用电率测试结果修正的原因,介绍了磨煤机、风机和给水泵厂用电率测试结果的修正计算方法.以某300 MW空冷机组为例进行了厂用电率测试结果的修正计算,得到该机组实测辅机总耗电功率为24751 kW,厂用电率为8.28%,修正后的总耗电功率为24513 kW,厂用电率为8.17%.

The reasons why we need to carry out correction for measured auxiliary power consumption rate were analyzed,and the correction methods for coal mills,fans and pumps were elaborated.Moreover,a 300 MW air cooling unit was taken as the example to conduct correct calculation for the measured auxiliary power consumption rate.The results show that,the actual measured total electricity consumption and aux-iliary power consumption rate of this unit were 24 751 kW and 8.28%,respectively.After correction,they reduced to 24 513 kW and 8.17%.
